Due to logistics restrictions, only the continental US is supported when place the order normally. For customers from other countries, please contact MadSpace Global（crowdfund@charge-labs.com） for help.

Please know we don't ship to United States Minor Outlying Islands

Shipping Time and Shipping Fee

All the order will need 1-2 business days for preparation not including Saturday and Sunday. We will send you an email when your order has shipped. (If you have not received the email, please check the Junk Email folder or Contact us)

Taxes

All taxes are paid by us, consumers don't need to pay any taxes.

MadSpace Global are responsible for shipping the product and paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees.

A shipment usually takes 8-10 business days to arrive, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.

As the world continues to navigate through guidelines and changes that arise from COVID-19, we will always put the safety and best interests of our clients on the top of our priorities.
